Check In time is usually 4:00 PM. If no one has stayed the night before then Check In time can be 2 PM
Check Out time is 11:00 AM.
Bed Occupancy is limited to 15 people, including children. We have had as many as 20 sleep there in sleeping bags or on the decks {not in the Winter Time}.
Person responsible for rental must be at least 25 years old.
NO PETS or SMOKING allowed.
Bed linens, bath towels/washcloths, and kitchen towels/washcloths are provided.
Acorn Way Cabin is privately owned and decorated with the owners' furnishings. You will be charged for damage to the cabin or its furnishings.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change after you have made a rental reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. There will be no penalty if you contact us 30 days or more before the date of your cabin reservation,
For Holiday Reservations there is a non-refundable deposit of 400US$ payable at contract signing. If for any reason after contracting signing you need to cancel your contract this deposit will not be refunded.
